Supportive Rest Workshop

Are you constantly feeling exhausted and frustrated with life? Are you feeling overwhelmed with all you have to do and worried you are heading for burn out?

This workshop explores how you can avoid burnout and manage life through nurturing supportive rest. Your experience will involve Breathwork, sharing your experiences, connecting with others and enjoying a full session of supportive rest.

This workshop is free for anyone coming to Queer Spirit Festival. Please bring a blanket and a pillow with you. Open to all aged 16+, but this workshop is especially for neurodivergents and chronic illness queers.
