Meditation Taster (Online)

This online course provides a good overview of meditation practice, as well as some guided meditations, which help you learn how to establish and sustain a daily meditation practice.

This course, ideal for beginners and improvers, introduces you to the principles of meditation and relaxation with the view to improving your wellbeing and reducing stress and anxiety in your day-to-day life.

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • do basic meditations.

  • recognise ways to help you to relax.

  • recognise meditation practice.

  • decide whether to progress onto a longer meditation course with this tutor.

What else do I need to know?

A blanket, cushion and glass of water would be helpful.
